1. Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund under the following circumstances:

  • You cancel your subscription within 14 days of the initial purchase
  • You experience technical issues that prevent you from using the service, and we are unable to resolve them
  • You were charged incorrectly due to a billing error on our part

2. Refund Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide your account email and subscription details
  3. Explain the reason for your refund request
  4. We will review your request and respond within 5-7 business days

3. Processing Time

Once your refund is approved, it will be processed within 5-10 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Subscriptions cancelled after 14 days from the initial purchase
  • Partial months of service already used
  • Subscriptions that have been active for more than 30 days

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to the service until the end of the paid period.

6. Partial Refunds

In exceptional circumstances, we may offer partial refunds on a case-by-case basis. This will be determined at our sole discretion based on the specific circumstances of your request.
